Two Smiling Shoes

I can't remember where I saw this little trick, but it's worked really well for Little Bean, so I thought I would share it with you. If your little one has trouble knowing which shoe to put on which foot, simply draw a smiling face on the inner side of each shoe. When the smiles are "kissing", the child knows he has his shoes on the correct feet. I have caught Little Bean removing his shoes on numerous occasions when he realizes that the smiles aren't kissing.
