Tot School

Tot School
Miss O is 2.5.
This week in Tot School:
Miss O made up stories using our magnets and a magnet board (our magnet board is just a cookie sheet attached to the playroom wall with sticky back Velcro):
She transferred water with a sponge:
And shined shoes:
She spent some time sequencing these cupcakes from filefolderfun.com (if you haven't been to this site, you must check it out!):
She played this color matching game:
Then she turned it over and matched mom and baby animals:
She read this ABC pop up book:
And played with these sequence cards. She worked so hard on this and I was so proud of her diligence:
Miss O did some beading. She finally finished her neclace this week and has been wearing it quite a bit:
Together, Little Bean and Miss O did pop beads:
And worked on a Veggie Tales puzzle with Daddy (notice the bead neclace she is wearing!):
And lastly, we all played Candyland together. Miss O doesn't have the patience for this yet, and didn't follow the rules to well. Little Bean loved it though, and he ended up winning, fair and square!

Where did you get those sequencing cards?

The girl who painted trees--those came from a discount store here called Ross. I'm not sure if they have them all of the US, but that's where we purchased them. :)

We have a whole set of those cards, we got ours at Ross too! They have lots of other different titles, and we love them all, very durable and inexpensive!

Glad to see your little one enjoying the cupcakes :)

Blessings,

Valerie

I like the idea of transferring with a sponge, it never would have occurred to me to do that!
